always a good egg!

We grow seasonal vegetables, our hens lay fresh eggs, and there's always something good happening on the farm.

We farm regeneratively, which for us means caring not only for the harvest, but for the soil, the animals and everything that lives on the farm and in the soil.

Seasonal vegetables and fruit

What's on offer changes through the year. Spring brings lettuces and radishes, summer the tomatoes, courgettes and peppers, and later come carrots, cabbage and the rest. We pick as close to delivery as we can, so it reaches you truly fresh.

Fresh eggs

From spring to autumn our hens roam and explore the meadow freely. Every few days we move them to a new spot, so they always have fresh pasture and new ground to scratch. In winter they move into shelter with a large run out onto the meadow. We collect the eggs every day, so they reach you wonderfully fresh.

Pasture-raised chickens

We raise our chickens on a small scale, giving them plenty of room and time. They're available on selected dates and by prior order.

We want to leave behind
better soil than we were given.

In regenerative farming it isn't only about what grows this year. It's also about what the soil will be like in five, ten or twenty years. So we try to farm in a way that keeps the soil fertile and better day by day, keeps it full of life, and interrupts natural processes as little as possible.

Gatherings at the farm

For private groups we host gatherings and private events, using ingredients from our farm and other local produce. We tailor the menu to the season, the occasion and the people gathered around the table.

Events and workshops

We also host events around regenerative farming, growing food and life on the farm. Sometimes we learn, sometimes we work, and there's almost always good food along the way.
